Sisaara Engineers (Pvt) Ltd have done some civil engineering and mechanical work related to the pipe laying in water supply projects under taken by Bejing Municipal Engineering Company, Sierra Water work ( Pvt ) Ltd, Squire Mech Engineering ( Pvt ) Ltd and Foresight Engineering ( Pvt ) Ltd

Fabricated and fitted four brackets for the 600mm flange pipe bends across the canal in north Colombo water supply project
Fabricated and fitted harness arrangement for the mid flange of 600mm pipe crossing.
Laid and connected the 350mm pipe to the system across Kerawalapitiya bridge.[include back filling, piling, laying ,connecting and bracketing of the 350mm flange pipe across the cannel
Laid and connected 500mm D.I pipes across Thalgasgoda bridge ,Batapola bridge and Indiketiya culvert.
Constructed swabbing and wash out chambers for the 500mm D.I system from Baddegama to Ambalangoda.
Carried out 160mm,250mm pipe laying at Bandaragama.

Renewed bulb plate frames and longitudinal inside top side tanks and renewed tank top plates of M.V Tabanacle Grace at Galle outer anchorage
Removed fabricated and installed the ship ballast system pipes in side the double bottom and cropped and renewed corroded brackets around hatch coaming of M.V Tabanacle Star at Trincomalee.
Renewed the section of damage 100 tons crane jib of M.V Tabanacle star at Trincomalee.

Work done vessels belong to INTERMARK SERVICES

Carried out repairs including hull ,shafting, propellers and rudders of the two supply boats which were damaged due to Tsunami. The boats were taken to Sri Lanka Ports Authority slip way and pull out shafts checked the thoroughness renewed and align the stern tube bearings ,renewed damage propellers and repaired damage rudder and checked thoroughness of rudder stock and renewed dented areas of the hull and carried out all the other works that has to be done during dry docking.

Carried out steel renewing works of vessels M.V Med Carara at Trincomalee [Renewed deck plates, tank tops and some corroded transverse frames inside the hatches]

Renewed corroded sections of hatch panels of M.V Baduruvelly.

New building works done for the Colombo Dockyard Ltd

Fabricated welded and installed external fire systems for 50 ton BP tugs built by C.D.L. All the system pipes were fabricated and welded in our workshop as for the drawings supplied by C.D.L

Electrical Installation and wiring

Installed out door switch yard for 1.5 MW mini hydro power plant constructed by Hydrojet [Pvt] Ltd at Aranayaka
Installed machineries and carried out industrial wiring of the Trend setters ( Pvt ) Ltd factory in Beliathta.
Installed machineries and industrial wiring of the washing plant in Embilipitiya
Installation of pumps motors and carried out wiring of pump rooms of water supply project at Barawakubuka and Moraketiya as a sub contractor of DIMO Ltd.

Rewinding and maintenance work

Carry out rewinding and servicing of the motors of Bogala Graphite Pvt Ltd since 2005.
Carry out insulation check and servicing of the alternators and motors of the vessels dry docking in Colombo Dockyard Ltd since 2005.
Carry out maintenance and repair work of electrical system of the vessels belong to Lanka Marine Services, Intermark Pvt Ltd since 2004
We have experienced of rewinding 500KW alternator of Ospray Washing plant and 600KW in Bogala Graphite and 300KW in Ambilipitiya washing plant.
We have repaired burnt and damage windings of 6.5 MW alternator ( High voltage )belong Asia Power ( Pvt ) Ltd and put into load in 2008 .
